EMPLOYMENT NOTICE

Delhi Transco Limited, a wholly owned Company of Govt, of NCT of Delhi, invites applications for appointment to the following posts with Central D.A. pattern along with other facilities like LTC, Medical, Accommodation, Electricity Concession, EPF and Telephone/Mobile etc. will be admissible as per Rules of the Company :-

1) Manager (Finance) {Reserved for OBC category} – One Post – on |direct recruitment basis in the pay band of Rs. 19,000-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- (under revision w.e.f. 01.01.2006). The post is meant/reserved for OBC category candidates.

A) Eligibility Criteria :

i) Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent;

ii) Qualified Chartered Accountant or ICWA;

Or

Two years full time course of MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.

iii) 10 years post qualification experience in finalization of Company Accounts in large Public/Private Sector Company with knowledge of Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Taxation etc.

Desirable:

1) Preference will be given to candidates with Power Sector, Infrastructure Sector experience.

B) Age Limit: Not exceeding 52 years. Relexable to Government employees, SCs, STs & OBCs as per rules of Govt, of India.

C) Application Fee: General and OBC category candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- by way of Bank Draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of Delhi Transco Limited, payable at New Delhi. SC & ST category candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. The benefit of reservation against posts reserved for OBCs will be available to the Central list for OBCs qua Delhi and castes defined as OBCs by OBC Commission, Delhi and accepted by the Government.

2) Assistant Manager (Finance) – Four Posts – on deputation basis in the pay band of Rs. 19,000-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-.

Eligibility Criteria:

Officers of the organized Accounts Departments serving on analogous post.

Or

Officers having 05 years experience in pre-revised pay scales of Rs.6,500-10,500/- (present grade pay of Rs.4,800/-) in a supervisory capacity in Accounts, Finance/Audit work after qualifying SAS Examination.

Or

Executives/Officers of the Public Sector Undertakings with CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) qualifications with 03 years experience in Accounts, Audit/Finance.

Further, the candidates, who had applied for the said post against our earlier Employment Notice, will have to apply afresh.

Age: Not exceeding 56 Years, as on the last date of receipt of applications. How to Apply:

a) forthe posts on deputation:

Willing & eligible Officers may send their applications through proper channel, giving the following details, along with gist of APARs of preceding 05 years & vigilance/Disciplinary clearance.

Name, Date of Birth, Postal Address, Telephone Nos, Educational Qualifications, Present post held, with date from which held and scale of pay (specifically mentioning the date from which pay scale of regular post held), Experience in the subject field of selection and complete details of service rendered on different posts.

b) forthe post of direct recruitment:

Interested/eligible candidates may send their applications, in the prescribed format (which may be downloaded from the DTL website) along with attested copies of their complete Educational Qualifications, Mark sheet (s) and Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC) and experience certificate (s). The Applications need to enclose two recent Passport size photographs, one to be pasted in the space provided in the application Form and second to be attached with the bio-data.

Note:

i) The application should reach to the Dy. Manager (HR)-G, Delhi Transco Limited, 3rdFloor, Shakti Sadan, Building, Kotla Road, Near Bal Bhawan, New Delhi-110002 (Tel. No. 23236599), within 30 days of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News. The crucial date for calculation of the age limit and eligibility shall be the closing date for receipt of applications.

ii) Any Amendment/Addendum/Corrigendum in respect of this Advertisement shall be uploaded in thee website of DTL i.e www.dtl.gov.in All concerned are advised to keep themselves updated about any changes/modification etc. by referring to the website of DTL from time to time.

iii) The Appointing Authority shall have the right to modify/change any of the criteria at its sole discretion. The number of posts may increase or decrease. Mere advertisement of a post does not mean that appointment is mandatory. DTL reserve its right to cancel/withdraw recruitment to the advertised post at any stage.
